    Yes, another year older, and hopefully wiser. We all would like to think that with each year that flies by us that we gained some kinda of "save it in my pocket" knowledge that helps us become better people, better friends, better lovers, better sisters, better whatevers... you get my drift ;P So to me, birthday's are not only for celebrations, but for reflection and redirection.     I wanted to thank each judge for helping in judging this contest.. their help is so very much appreciated. A special thank you goes out to our last minute judge, who took 's spot in the judging. Things came up that prevented Nekk from being able to get the judging done by the end of this weekend, so I asked Amileth this afternoon and she was sweet enough to help me! :heart: :heart: :heart: to her and the rest of the judges!!

    The Results Are IN!! everyone that entered into the contest... each of you did a fabulous job on every port that was entered :blowkiss:!
    Because I know and appreciate how much each of you worked on these ports, a yellow rose is going to be given to each of you that doesn't make it to the top three prizes. But in order to do this, I need to have each of your names that you use on Furcadia so they can be sent. Please note me your Furcadia name as soon as you can!

    :target: Again, please, after the judging... if you plan to sell the port, please let me know by noting me, and if the port is sold, it has to have changes made to it, altering it from looking like my character Athara.


    Oh wow! This contest was SO close, I mean really close, even after the last judging results were turned in... :deviation: Great! work guys, seriously. All of your ports are gorgeous! Thanks again to everyone that entered!! Each one of you made this contest turn out awesome!And don't forget to note me with your Furcadia name so I can get your rose to you for entering!

    The judging was based on four different aspects that were listed on the rules.
    1) Creativity Used
    2) Likeness to Athara
    3) Construction of the Port
    4) Athara's Personality Captured

    Five points for each area were given by the judges, giving each entry a maximum of 20 points per each judge. Everything was done fairly, as annonymous as possible, and favoritism was not shown by any of the judges.

    Congratulations to everyone that entered, for the awesome portraits that were created, and a special congratulations to these three top prize holders!
